What Does the “App Usage” Charge Mean on My Bill?

As an Evey Events subscriber, you may see a line item on your bill labeled “App Usage.” This refers to the cumulative ticket fees charged for tickets processed through the platform during a specific billing period.


What the “App Usage” Charge Includes

Each ticket processed through Evey Events incurs a fee based on your subscription plan:

  • Lite Plan: $1 per ticket

  • Growth Plan: $0.75 per ticket

  • Standard Plan: $0.50 per ticket

  • Professional Plan: $0.25 per ticket

These fees are totaled daily and then grouped into a single line item labeled “App Usage” on your bill.


Example Breakdown

The "App Usage" charge consolidates the ticket fees accumulated daily into a single charge on your bill. Here's an example to illustrate:

  • Customer A: 2 Tickets on December 23

  • Customer B: 3 Tickets on December 23

  • Customer C: 2 Tickets on December 23

  • Customer D: 4 Tickets on December 23

  • Customer E: 3 Tickets on December 24

  • Customer F: 2 Tickets on December 24

  • Customer G: 1 Ticket on December 25

  • Customer H: 2 Tickets on December 25

  • December 23: 4 customers made purchases, reflecting 1 usage day.

  • December 24: 2 customers made purchases, reflecting 1 usage day.

  • December 25: 2 customers made purchases, reflecting 1 usage day.

This will appear as 3 app usage charges on your bill, aggregated and listed under "App Usage." These charges represent the total ticket fees collected within specific days.
