If you're experiencing issues with scanning tickets, syncing attendees, or loading events in the Evey Check-In App, the most common fix is updating the app to the latest version.

This quick guide shows you how to check your app version and ensure you’re running the most current release.


Step 1: Check Your Current App Version

  1. Open the Evey Check-In App on your device.

  2. Log in to your account, if needed.

  3. Tap Settings (gear icon).

  4. Scroll to the very bottom of the Settings screen.

  5. Look for the App Version field.

Current Latest Version: 2.7.1

If your device shows an older version, you’ll need to update the app.


Step 2: Update the App (iOS & Android)

For iOS (iPhone & iPad)

  1. Open the App Store.

  2. Search for “Evey Check-In”.

  3. Tap Update (if available).


For Android (Google Play Store)

  1. Open the Google Play Store.

  2. Search for “Evey Check-In”.

  3. Tap Update (if available).
