What happened
If you transferred your ticket to the wrong email address (for example, a typo like missing “.com”), the ticket is now assigned to that email and may no longer appear in your account.
We understand how frustrating this can be, especially if you can’t access the ticket anymore.
Can Evey recover or cancel the ticket?
No — and here’s why:
Evey is the ticketing platform, but not the event organizer or seller.
For security and privacy reasons:
Evey cannot access or modify individual tickets
Evey cannot reverse transfers
Evey cannot resend tickets to a different email
What you should do instead
Contact the event organizer directly
The event organizer is the only one who can:
Cancel the transferred ticket
Reissue a new ticket
Update the attendee email

On the website where you bought the ticket
In your order confirmation email
On the event page

Your ticket or order number
The event name
The incorrect email address used
The correct email address
