When migrating your data, here are a few things to watch out for:
Field Mismatches:
Some custom fields in the old dashboard may not map 1:1 with the new one. Use the mapping tool to assign equivalents or create new fields before importing.Attachment Limits:
Files larger than 10MB may be skipped during import. Re-upload them manually afterward if needed.Permissions Conflicts:
Admin access is required to perform data exports and imports. If you’re seeing access errors, check your role settings or contact your workspace admin.Tag Behavior Has Changed:
Tags are now nested under categories. Old tags will still work, but we recommend reorganizing them post-import for consistency.
