Examply offers four plans, from a free tier for small teams to an Enterprise plan built for larger, regulated organizations. This article breaks down what each plan includes so you can pick the right one for your workspace.
Only Owners and Admins can view or change billing details. If you're a Member or Guest and need a plan changed, ask your workspace Owner.
Note: All paid plans bill per teammate, per month. Switching to annual billing takes 20% off any paid plan.

Choosing a plan
A rough guide, based on how teams typically grow into Examply:
Solo user or a small team just trying Examply out: Free gets you Board, List, and Calendar views across up to 2 projects.
Growing team that needs unlimited projects and integrations: Starter unlocks Slack, GitHub, Google Calendar, Figma, and Zapier once you outgrow the Free limits.
Team managing timelines, billable time, or outside collaborators: Pro adds Timeline view, time tracking, guest access, and project templates.
Company with compliance, security, or data residency requirements: Enterprise adds SAML SSO, audit logs, and a choice of EU, UK, or US data residency.
What's included in Enterprise
Enterprise is priced per workspace rather than listed at a flat per-seat rate, since it usually includes a custom rollout. It builds on everything in Pro and adds:
SAML SSO so teammates sign in through your identity provider.
Audit logs covering sign-ins, permission changes, and data exports.
Data residency in the EU, UK, or US, chosen when your workspace is provisioned.
Priority support with a dedicated response-time commitment.

How billing works
Paid plans are billed per seat. When you invite a new teammate mid-cycle, Examply prorates the charge for the rest of that billing period, then bills the full seat rate on your next invoice. Removing a teammate stops charges for that seat starting the following billing cycle — Examply doesn't refund the seat cost you've already paid for the current period.
You can pay monthly or annually. Annual billing takes 20% off any paid plan and is required if you want to pay by ACH bank transfer or by invoice with net-30 terms on Enterprise. Switching from monthly to annual (or the reverse) takes effect at your next renewal.
