If you were once subscribed to the portal and would like to return, you will need to follow these steps:
Go to the student portal (app.extern.com) and log in with your previous credentials.
After logging in, you will need to add your payment card to restart your subscription.
You will then have access to the student portal.
A few important notes:
You do NOT need to submit a new application.
When you return, your previous enrollment will remain active. If you'd like to continue in your externship, you are more than welcome to do so. Otherwise, you will need to unenroll and enroll into a new cohort.
If your previous cohort's end date and 3-week grace period have already passed, finishing it now won't make you eligible for a completion award. To be award-eligible, enroll in a current cohort.
You will NOT receive another free trial period. Upon reinstating your subscription, you will be charged immediately and will not be eligible for a refund for that pay period.
