To get started, visit the Attendance tab in the Setup guide on your home overview. A few simple questions will help you set up your preferred check-in options.

Set up a kiosk at your entrance for parents and staff to use. We recommend tablets, but laptops or other devices work too. Choose from:

You can choose between:

  • QR and PIN code: Parents and staff scan a QR code with their mobile app or use a unique PIN.

Room overview

Check children in directly from your room overview by selecting a childโ€™s profile. Youโ€™ll see a counter showing how many children are checked in.

New tabs will pop up as you add statuses or logs to children, so letโ€™s try that out in the steps below.

๐Ÿ˜ด 2. Log a nap

๐Ÿ‘‰ Where: Home menu - Room overview

One of the commonly used logs is a nap. You can add them immediately as children fall asleep or log past naps whenever it suits you.

๐Ÿ‘‰ Where: Home menu - Room overview

Did your children just have a snack or maybe a full meal? You can log what theyโ€™ve eaten in the Room overview too.

Did Alex eat a whole mixed fruit bowl but Abigail only had an apple? You can specify what exactly and how much each child ate by logging their meals here too.

๐Ÿ‘ถ 5. Review logs on child profile

๐Ÿ‘‰ Where: Child profile - Activity tab

You can see everything that was logged for a child today and in the past. Thatโ€™s also where you can add more logs from.

๐Ÿ’ก Tip: Adding daily logs is a great way to keep parents in the loop about childโ€™s day and help them feel closer to their little ones even when theyโ€™re away.
