How to Manage Season Ticket Holder Access for Games in Fanbase

Fanbase allows you to easily manage season ticket holders' access to specific games. By setting up or editing fixture settings, you can ensure that only valid season ticket holders are granted entry. Follow this step-by-step guide to configure this feature effectively:

1. Enabling Season Ticket Holder Access During Fixture Creation

When creating a new fixture in Fanbase, you can authorize season ticket holders by following these steps:

  1. Navigate to the fixture creation menu.

  2. Locate the option labelled 'Admit season tickets'.

  3. Toggle this setting to 'ON' to enable access for season ticket holders.

  4. Complete the rest of the fixture setup and save your changes.

Once configured, the fixture will automatically show that it allows season ticket holders, and the system will display the number of valid entries permitted.

2. Modifying an Existing Fixture to Allow Season Ticket Holder Access

If you previously created a fixture and did not enable season ticket holder access, you can modify the settings at any time (Only for unallocated fixtures). Here’s how:

  1. Navigate to the fixture list and select the one you want to modify.

  2. Click the 'Edit' button for the fixture.

  3. Toggle the 'Admit season tickets' option to 'ON' to validate season ticket holders for this match.

  4. Save your changes to update the fixture settings.

This ensures that season ticket holders can be scanned and granted entry upon arrival at the game.
