How to get started

We have set up your account and sent over an invite for admin access via email. A couple of things to do to get going with your account:

Step One: Connect a Stripe account

  1. Click on the 'club settings' cog on the top right

  2. Scroll down and select 'Connect Stripe account'

  3. Follow the steps to create a Stripe Connect Express account

Step Two: Invite additional team members

  1. Click the settings cog on the top right

  2. Click club admins

  3. Invite your team members to the platform

Step Three: Complete your club settings

  1. Click the settings cog on the top right

  2. Click through the tabs and ensure you are happy with everything, these settings will apply across your account

Once you have completed these steps, you are ready to start using the platform to grow your revenue and delight your fans. Your next step depends on what features you plan to use:
