How does the EA-app work?

🧭 The different functionalities of the EA-app

From your EA-app, you have access to several details that are essential for the smooth running of your workshops on a daily basis:

  • πŸ“’ Consulting your calendar in day, week, month view

    You will also be able to add new slots!

  • πŸ“ƒ A list of the latest and upcoming slots, where it is possible to :

    • Consult the list of participants (see names, number of places, numbers and emails): these are the participants of the last 30 days and the next 6 months.

    • Blocking places for your direct bookings: essential to avoid overbooking or cancellations due to minimum number of participants required not being reached.

    • Change the maximum capacity of a particular slot

➑️ Please note : this is an exhaustive list of what can be done on the EA-app, an application designed to allow quick and simple intervention on the most common things in the daily management of your workshops.

Privatization, schedule changes, invoice consultations and other operations are to be carried out from the Artisan Back Office on your computer directly (by typing or clicking on the following link https://wecandoo.com/espace-artisan/login).

➑️ Please note : if you encounter an issue, a bug, try disconnecting first, and then reconnecting! To do this, click on your photo in the top right-hand corner, then on the "log out" button. By connecting again, this will update the data to be in accordance with your Artisan Space.
