Do you want to give your participants a great experience that they will remember and tell everyone about because it felt so complete and great? We have no doubt about that! 💓

Following many suggestions from clients and craftsmen, we wanted to develop this feature according to your needs, to meet the requests of your participants.

It's obviously optional, but it allows a great experience for you as well as for them. 🥰

You can of course mention in the description of your workshop that a summary sheet will be made available at the end of the workshop, potential gift voucher buyers will be all the more delighted! The participants will then have lived an incredible and complete experience, from A to Z, and will not hesitate to talk about it around them with stars in their eyes, to mention your name and what you propose, to talk about the Wecandoo community of artisans... a bonus for everyone!

How does it work ?

To enable people who have taken part in your workshop to leave with a summary of the knowledge they have acquired, advice, steps to take at home, recipes, suggestions, illustrations, videos...: it's now easy!

All you have to do is fill in the summary sheet on your artisan's space, and Wecandoo will send it to all your participants: no need to contact them again, to look for their numbers or emails, to wait for feedback... everything will be taken care of simply and quickly.

All in all, a great team effort from our beautiful community of artisans! 🌞

How to find it and complete it ?

Each workshop will have its own summary sheet, but it's up to you to decide if you want to fill them all in, or at least which ones to fill in first.

To fill in a form, log in to your Artisan Space, and you will find the following icon in the "My workshops" section:

💡 If it doesn't appear, it's because you need to zoom out your screen, or scroll down the horizontal bar on the side.

You will have the possibility to create a French version or an English version: we are currently working on allowing you to cumulate several versions, don't worry.

You will find attached a typical example of a summary sheet!

  • Modification / Draft

To take the time to write your summary sheet. You can save it, without taking the risk of publishing a version that doesn't suit you.

You can use our tips for inspiration and to make it easier for you to fill in the form! You are of course free to write as you wish, as this is a form in your image, without being too familiar 🙏

To see all your modifications as well as your previous versions, you can go to "modify" in "my workshops", on the right of the workshop you are interested in, and here are the steps to follow to access it: in your Google Sheet: New / Historic / Show all versions

1. "TO REMEMBER"

Font to be used: Arvo, size 11.

🗝️Les key information

🪚The techniques to remember, and key words

🥛The material needed (weight/size if needed)

💡The steps to follow to reproduce the skill

💓Tips for maintenance

2. "MEDIAS"

Here you can add the photos of your choice. It is also possible to add a link to a video (it will of course not appear if the customer wishes to print his file).

  • Published version

When you are happy with the draft version, you can make your summary sheet available to all your participants. A window will open asking you to confirm your choice. The clients will receive a sheet written by you, directly by e-mail, once their workshop has been completed at your place! They can also access it from their personal space.
