❓ What is a teambuilding ?
A teambuilding workshop promises an unforgettable experience for a team of employees who are curious and enthusiastic about discovering crafts. Colleagues are looking to build relationships, encourage collaboration, challenge each other in a fun way and relax while learning a skill.

📜 What does the teambuilding request include ?
Depending on your settings and what you have to offer, the company can choose to hold the workshop
On your premises
At an external location (company premises, seminar venue, etc.)
You will receive an e-mail notification. The company can propose up to 10 different slots and add a message to its request. The price shown is exclusive of tax. A company can make a request up to 11 days before the desired date of the workshop.
Requests can be consulted in your Espace Artisan under "Manage requests" in the "Privatisation" tab.
✒️ How do I respond to the request and how quickly?
Once you receive the request, you have 5 days to approve it. In the meantime, you can send a message to the client who requested the team building for their company. You can even add attachments (photos, videos).
You can change the original offer:
Add extras: a glass of wine per person, a birthday cake, an extra item to take home, travel expenses, etc.
Add a discount: if you want to make a commercial gesture (this is not compulsory, of course). Please note that no gift or promotional code will work for you or the customer, it's a discount you offer to the company 🙏.
✅ How does the company finalise and how long does it take?
Once you have validated their request (so you have a maximum of 5 days), a quote is automatically generated and the client who has requested the team building for their company has a maximum of 14 days to validate it. This validation must be done at least 10 days before the date of the event. In the meantime, you can keep in touch by email.
💰 What about payment?
Once the company has validated the offer, they can pay:
By credit card
By bank transfer
Whatever the method of payment, full payment must be received at least 10 days before the date of the workshop. The customer is therefore warned that the transfer must be made in good time. For your part, you will receive payment as for other bookings, between the 5th and 10th of the following month.
❌ What are the cancellation conditions?
Private event bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 10 days before the event. Any total cancellation less than 10 days before the event will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount of the quote.
So be careful: even if the customer has validated the quote, they can still cancel it up to 10 days before the workshop. Try to wait as long as possible before ordering raw materials.
🥰 Our tips for a great team experience?
Create a friendly atmosphere. Remember that people are there to have a good time. For example, you can offer a drink to make the workshop more festive and introduce fun elements such as a knowledge quiz or challenge to build group cohesion.
Turn your customers into ambassadors. At the end of each workshop, encourage participants to invite a friend to organise a team-building event with you. Ask them to share a photo of the workshop and offer them a promotional code to encourage them to promote your offer.
