Can I View All Invoices Recorded in My Organization?

The Invoice section in the New Business Center offers a comprehensive overview of your organization's invoices.

Here are the key features and functionalities of this section:

  1. Stepped-line Chart

    At the top of the page, you can view a small stepped-line chart that displays the number of invoices within all cases on each date for the last 30 days. This provides a visual representation of invoice trends over time.

  2. Easy Navigation

    You can easily switch between the three sections of the Business Center by clicking on the respective section you need.

  3. Customize Stepped-line Chart

    You have the option to change how the stepped-line chart is displayed based on the Due Date. Choose between "30 Days Later" or "30 Days Ago" to view the relevant data.

  4. Sorting and Search

    Sort the invoice lists within the table based on the "Newest" or "Oldest" invoice. Use the search bar to quickly find a specific invoice.

  5. Filtering Options

    Filter the invoices table by various parameters such as the created date, due date, status, client, contributors, and procedure. This allows you to narrow down the view based on specific criteria.

  6. Exporting Data

    Export the invoice data within the table by clicking the "Export" button. The exported file will be listed in the process logs. Simply access the process logs, find the invoice report, and click "Download" to save it to your computer.

  7. Invoice Table

    The invoice table presents general information about all invoices within your organization, giving you an overall view of your financial transactions.

  8. More Options

    Clicking the more options icon allows you to view the invoice transcript, edit the invoice directly from the Business Center, or delete the invoice if needed.

  9. View Details

    Click the "View Details" button to access more comprehensive and detailed information about a specific invoice.

By utilizing the Invoice section in the New Business Center, you can efficiently manage and track your organization's invoices, gain valuable insights, and ensure smooth financial operations.
