Reports (Overview)

What the Reports section contains, when each report becomes available, and the settings that apply across all of them

Reports are generated from feasibility inputs and update in real time. There is no separate build step.

Project and Risk reports are available as soon as inputs are entered. Cashflow, Funding and Returns reports generate once Scheduling is complete, because they depend on the project timeline.

Items sitting outside the Scheduling timeline are not modelled in cashflow or reports. Check for the Outside Timeline warning in Scheduling before relying on report figures.

Report groups

Reports are grouped along the top of the section. Select a group to see the reports within it.

  • Income Tax Rate: applied in Profit & Loss to estimate income tax liability

  • Discount Rate: applied in Development Cashflow to calculate Net Present Value and the present value of future cashflows

Comparing Scenarios

Three reports display all scenarios in a project side by side: Feasibility Summary, Key Indicators and Residual Land Value.

Use the blue gear icon to select which scenarios appear.

Exporting

Reports export to PDF, XLSX and CSV. Click Export in the top right corner.

The report visible on screen is what exports. On reports that compare scenarios, adjust the scenario selection before exporting.

A company logo added in Account Settings appears on the dashboard and on exported reports.

Full screen view

Click the screen expander icon to open a report in full screen. Useful for reading across longer project timelines.
