With Feedbackly tool you can set up notification rules that enable you to get email notifications on your feedbacks. Set up rules to trigger notifications with the instructions below.

  1. Navigate to Notification Rules in your Feedbackly Dashboard

  2. Click Create a New Notification

  3. Start off by naming your notification

  4. Choose your survey from the Recent Surveys-list

  5. Enter the email address for the notifications

  6. Select the touchpoint (where your survey is active or multiple ones if the survey is active in more than one touchpoint) you want to be notified about

  7. Choose whether you'd like to include all questions to the notification, or just some of them

  8. Set a timing rule for the triggers

We recommend choosing a delay time of more than one minute, so that all feedback that meets the rule conditions is sent to the recipient in a single email notification

  9. After setting up the rules, click on Set/Modify Notification Conditions in the upper right corner of the page

  10. Start adding condition rule(s)

  11. Set up the rules for what types of feedbacks you want to be notified about

    • There are two different types of rules: and / or

And-rule demands that all conditions have been met. Or-rule demands that at least one of the conditions have been met

  12. When you are done with the rules click Activate Notification Rule on the upper right hand side of the page

You can edit already created notification rules by navigating to the Notification Rules tab and then clicking Manage Existing Notifications
