With Feedbackly Dashboard you can set up notification rules that enables you to get email notifications on your responses. You can set up notifications to be sent when defined parameters are triggered. Follow the steps to enable receiving feedback notifications directly into channels in MS Teams.

  1. Start by opening MS Teams and selecting the channel you want the notification to arrive to

2. Click on the three dots on the right hand side of Teams

3. In the dropdown menu select "Get Email Address", select "Copy"

4. Open the Feedbackly Dashboard and select "Take Action" and then "Notification Rules". If you have existing notifications then select "Manage Existing Notifications" or then create a new notification rule by selecting "Create A New Notification", read more on creating or managing notification rules here

5. Paste the MS Team channel email it into the Dashboard "Notification Delivery Address" field, but be careful only to include the actual email address, in this example the address is bolded "General - Company A <2d4b2cce.feedbacklyhel.onmicrosoft.com@emea.teams.ms>".

Note: You can add several email addresses (Teams Channels) to the notification rules by pasting them in the "Notification Delivery Address" field and pressing space.

6. Select which responses that trigger the notification to be sent, more on notification rules can be read here. In this example EVI responses "Sadness", "Frustrated", "Irritated" will trigger a notification to be sent

7. When the notification rules are triggered you will receive an email directly into the Teams channel, press the "See More" button to display the whole email

8. Using the "Reply" button you can comment and tag your colleagues regarding the email (Note: You're replying to an email message and your comment will only be visible in Teams)

If you want to know how to embed survey results into Microsoft Teams the follow these steps.
