If you have issues login in to the Dashboard then try the following:

First check if you have the right password. If you are unsure if you are using the correct password or perhaps an old password, then follow these steps to reset your password.

If you are using the correct password or have tried reseting the password, but still face issues logging in then please follow these specific steps depending on your browser:

  • "Browsing data" in Google Chrome LINK

  • "Clear Data" in Mozilla Firefox LINK 

  • "Clear your browsing history" in Safari LINK

  • "View and delete browser history" in Microsoft Edge LINK

After clearing the cache in your browser, refresh the Feedbackly Dashboard site and try logging in again.
