This is a temporary issue that can be solved by connecting the iPad to WiFi (or creating a local WiFi hotspot on a mobile device). After creating a hotspot:
1. Select the WiFi on the Feedbackly iPad and enter the WiFi password, press next. This should activate the iPad and allow normal use. If you normally use WiFI for the device then on the iPad go to “settings” and change to the WiFi you use. If you use a mobile connection then remember to turn WiFi off in the iPad settings.
