We are happy to announce that we have now added some survey templates to the Feedbackly Survey Management in order for you to be able to get your survey(s) up and running faster! The templates are based on our years of experience in CX and survey design! You can use the templates as is, or update them to your own liking.
Follow the steps below to start using the templates in your feedback collection.
1. Go to Surveys
2. Click Create a new survey
3. The available survey templates are found in the list on the left. By clicking them, the preview of the survey will be loaded on the right, and you can give it some test responses yourself
4. To select a template to use, just click Use This Template
5. Name your survey and click save after which the survey editor will open up, and you can edit the template you chose
6. Continue the steps in the survey editor and publish your survey after saving!
