Sending surveys to your contacts is an efficient way to get to know them better. What do they like? What do they think you can do better? Knowing what your customers think of you might help you keep the relationship going and the customers active over time.
Among your feedbacks, you might want to include contact metadata, such as age, city, and all information you have in HubSpot so you can easily make segmentations and get to know your customers better.

You need to create an email campaign with the desired design of your company.
Once you have set up your design, you will need to add a button so customers can be redirected to Feedbackly’s survey.
