By embedding your Feedbackly survey to Lyyti, you will have many options to customise the visual appearance of your email campaigns. Sending Feedbackly surveys from Lyyti is easy - here's how!

First, you need to create your email template for your campaign in Lyyti following these instructions. Then create and publish your Feedbackly survey to a link.

Now you are ready to add your survey link to Lyyti. In the email template you can add a button for your link by which the respondent will be redirected to your Feedbackly survey. See pictures below.

The last step is to start adding metadata to the link URL body. In this article you can read more about adding metadata to links.

In Lyyti this should contain at least your event name/id and then anything else you wish to collect, such as respondent age, occupation, city of residence etc. Pictured is an example what the URL with added metadata could contain.

Please note that any metadata you wish to bring to Feedbackly, needs to be information that you already have saved in Lyyti.
