Use the "Filters" option in your Booking Calendar to find the Experience for the desired date.
Click the three dots next to the entry you want to change.
Select "Edit Entry" to enter the Edit Screens.
Changes allowed:
Adjust the start time.
Change the maximum number of participants for either Private or Shared Experiences (maximum of 8).
For Private Experiences, increase the number of groups if you have sufficient hosts.
Case Study: For the May 2 new entry, I added above, the traveler is requesting for a 9 AM start time which I can accommodate. Also he has 5 people in his family and is willing to pay for 5 even though my current maximum is 4 people. Here’s how I make the changes:
