Summary

The middle section of the app allows you to enter Report Findings, Private Notes, Environment variables, Conditions and Recommendations.

Key Points

  • Report Findings are notes you want the customer to see

  • Private Notes are notes you don't want the customer to see

  • Environment includes Wind Direction, Wind Speed, Temperature, and Square Feet

  • Conditions include things that are wrong

  • Recommendations include how to fix those things

Notes

Enter notes about observations and conditions found at the location.

Report Findings
This is a good place to note conditions about the property. These notes can be seen by the customer.

Private Notes
These notes are not seen by the customer, meaning they will not appear on any Invoice, Work Order, Statement or any other communication with the customer.

Environment

Environment settings are enabled in Settings/Work Orders by selecting [X] Show environment fields.

Tap + Add to enter Wind Direction, Wind Speed, Temperature, and Square Feet.

Also watch this video for weather and environmental data

Recommendations

Recommendations are pulled from entries you create in Settings/Recommendations. To include those recommendations, tap + Add. Select your recommendations and tap Save.

Like Service Instructions and Location Note, this is a one-way path of communication from the Online Portal to the mobile app. You cannot add recommendations in the mobile app. You can only select them, and you can select more than one. If you need to make something known, put it in the Report Findings - Notes. Create a new recommendation in the Online Portal when time allows so it’ll be available next time.

Conditions

Conditions are pulled from entries you created in Settings/Conditions. To include those conditions, tap + Add. Select your conditions and tap Save.

Like Service Instructions and the Location Note, this is a one-way path of communication from the Online Portal to the mobile app. You cannot add conditions in the mobile app. You can only select them, and you can select more than one. If you need to make something known, put it in the Report Findings - Notes. Create a new condition in the Online Portal when time allows so it’ll be available next time.
