When you tap Service Instructions you'll see the same instructions as you saw in the opening screen. It is read-only and cannot be changed on the mobile app. This note appears only in this Work Order. 

When you tap Location Note you'll see the same instructions as you saw in the opening screen. It is read-only and cannot be changed on the mobile app. This note appears in every Work Order for this customer.

Tap PDF Forms to open a PDF file for adding information about the job. For example, if you're doing termite inspection you will have a WDIR form where you enter in conditions and recommendations about termite activity and damage.

There are two ways to use PDF Forms in our mobile app. One is to install a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat Reader and make entries there. The other is to make the form fillable and open it within our Fieldwork mobile app and make entries there. 

For this example, we assume you have installed Adobe Acrobat Reader from the App Store. 

In the Fieldwork mobile app, tap PDF Forms. The forms attached to the Work Order appear. Tap the form to open it.

To bring the form into Adobe Acrobat Reader, tap Copy to Acrobat Reader. 

Adobe Acrobat Reader appears with the form open. To make it easier to add entries use the two-finger tap and stretch method to zoom in on the form.

Fill out the form by tapping check boxes or tapping in data. The tech and customer can sign the form in the Signature box. 

To sign the form:
Tap the blue circle with the white pen in the bottom-right corner.

Tap Fill & Sign.

Tap the quill.

Tap Create Signature.

Have the customer sign their name, tap Done.

Tap anywhere to place signature.

Move the signature by tapping and holding the box to move it. Increase or decrease the size of the signature by tapping and sliding the double arrow.

Tap Done in the upper-left corner to anchor the signature.

 Repeat the above steps for the tech's signature.

When done filling in the form, tap the box with the arrow pointing up at the top of the screen.

Tap Share a Copy at the bottom-left corner of the screen.

Tap Import with Fieldwork. You might have to scroll to the right to see the Fieldwork icon.

In both Android and iOS you will see a green check mark indicating that the file is complete and is saved in the Work Order.
