Summary
A Trap Condition describes the device's state when your tech inspects it — for example, whether it's intact, damaged, missing, or blocked. Defining these here gives techs a consistent set of options in the mobile app when servicing a device, which keeps your inspection records accurate and flags devices that need repair or replacement.
Key Points
Create a trap condition for each state where your techs might find a device
Techs select these on the mobile app when servicing a trap or device
Consistent options make device records and maintenance tracking reliable

Choosing Good Trap Conditions
Cover the states that drive action — especially those indicating a device needs repair, replacement, or relocation.
Keep names clear and distinct so techs pick the right one quickly.
Don't overlap with Bait Condition. Trap Condition is about the device; Bait Condition is about the bait inside it.
Examples
Common trap conditions include:
Good / Intact
Damaged
Needs Replacement
Missing
Dirty
Inaccessible / Blocked
Relocated
Important Note: Anytime you change something in Settings, your techs must Reload Data in the mobile app to see the change.
