Settings - Bait Condition

Record the condition of bait found during device inspections

Written by Rosie O'hara

Summary

Bait conditions describe what your technician finds when inspecting a bait station or device — for example, whether the bait is moldy, shows non-target pest activity, or has become unpalatable. Defining these here gives techs a consistent set of options to choose from in the mobile app when servicing devices, which keeps your inspection records accurate and audit-ready.

Key Points

  • Create a bait condition for each state your techs might find during an inspection

  • Techs select these on the mobile app when servicing bait stations and devices

  • Consistent options make device records and reporting more reliable

How to Get to Bait Condition

From the top of the Navigation menu, click on Settings (gear icon)

Under Device & Trap Settings, click on Bait Condition

How to Create a Condition

Click the New Bait Condition button in the upper right

  1. Enter the Bait Condition Name

  2. Click the green Create Bait Condition button to save
