Summary

Your office might prefer placing all of your Work Orders on the first of the month and then begin calling those customers to schedule the date and time.

Key Points

The steps to do this are:

Create the recurring Work Order, and on the Schedule tab, set:

  • Frequency is monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly...

  • Select Date(s) equals 1 (first of the month, clear any other number)

  • First service date equals first of next month

  • Add to Work Pool is checked

  • The Work Orders appear in the Work Pool & Missed section in the Calendar, all on the first of the month

  • As the first of the month approaches, begin calling customers to schedule the appointments throughout the month

  • Once you have the date and time from a customer, drag n' drop their appointment from the Work Pool onto the Calendar for that date and time
