Add Notes & Documents to a customer's account for private viewing on the Customer Portal. Only this customer can view this information.

From the customer's account click the Create a New... button and select Note.
Enter a description of the file in the New Note text box.
Attach the file using the Choose File button below the New Note text box.
Put a check mark next to [x] If checked, any attachment will be shared in the customer portal.
Click the Save button.
The customer can view the Note and download the file from the Customer Portal, Documents tab under Shared Notes & Documents. Remember, only this customer can see this information.
