The Fieldwork Office app is a full-featured, robust app for field users to use in managing their daily route. The app is available for iOS and Android devices. Please note the caution for upgrading your device's operating system at the bottom of this article.

Install our app on your Android or iOS devices. The app is free and you can install it on as many devices as you like.

For Android: Install Fieldwork from Google Play, search for Fieldwork Office

For iOS: Install Fieldwork from the App Store, search for Fieldwork Office

After you install the Fieldwork Office app, tap the app to open it. Note the icon is a white circle in a green box. This differs from the older Fieldwork Mobile app, which has a white F in a green box. If you contact us for troubleshooting the app, we might ask you which app you're running. Fieldwork Office is a white circle in a green box.

When you open the app, enter your email address and password. You can toggle the password on to view it. Tap SIGN IN.

Note Remember your password for your Fieldwork account. When the time comes to update the mobile app, the new version clears the e-mail and password fields and you’ll have to re-enter it.

Caution New operating systems come out each year for these devices. We strongly recommend that you wait until we give the go-ahead to upgrade your Fieldwork devices to those new operating systems. Usually mobile apps, ours and everyone else's, need an upgrade to be fully compatible with the new operating system. So please wait for our email telling you it's okay to upgrade.
