Summary

Click the plus sign (+) in the upper right to create new Work Orders, Customers, Tasks or Estimates. Work Orders, Tasks and Estimates will appear in the Calendar.

Work Orders

Click the plus sign (+) in the upper right to create a new Work Order. Add the customer and location. Select the technician, date and time. Add the service to be performed. Save the Work Order and begin working on it or tap < Back to return to the Calendar.

Add a Customer

Click the plus sign (+) in the upper right to create a new customer. If this is a commercial account, tap Commercial. Enter the customer's information. Add a tag, if you've made them. The Service Location Name is usually the street address. Add any notes (this is the location note entry).

Add a Task

Click the plus sign (+) in the upper right to create a new Task. Add a name and description. Due date is the date the task is to be completed. Select what the Task is related to, and schedule the date and time for it to appear on your Calendar.

Add an Estimate

Click the plus sign (+) in the upper right to create a new Estimate. Select the customer and location. Schedule the technician, date and time. Add the service. The Estimate appears in the Calendar. Open the Estimate to email it or print it.
