To create a Work Order from the customers account:
From the Dashboard, click Customers
Click Go to Location for the customer who is receiving the Work Order
3. Select the Service Location, (if there is more than one location)
4. Click Create a New...
5. Click Work Order
6. Complete the Work Order
7. Click Save
To create a Work Order from Sales > Work Orders:
From the Ribbon, click Sales
Click Work Orders
Click the New Work Order button in the upper right
4. Click Customer Name...
5. Type the name of the customer who is receiving the work
6. Complete the Work Order
7. Click Save
To create a Work Order from the Calendar
Double-click on a date in the Calendar

Click the Create Work Order button in the upper right of the Calendar
