Billing and Plans

When you start your free trial with Edge, your subscription is managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

You get full access to your personalised training plan right away - no charge until your trial ends.

You can choose either a monthly, quarterly or annual plan, and you will only be billed if you decide to continue.

Important: If you don’t want to continue, you will need to cancel your trial at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid being charged. This is a rule from Apple and Google that we cannot change.

What Happens If You Cancel

If you unsubscribe:

  • You will lose access to your training plan

  • Your plan will not be saved

  • If you return later, you will need to restart from the beginning and re-submit your goals

Edge programmes are adaptive - which means the longer you stay on, the more your plan evolves with you. Cancelling resets that process.

How Edge Plans Work

Once you are in, we build your first four weeks of training. This is key - it allows us to track your progress and adjust things as you go.

If you cancel at any point, we save your current progress.

To come back later, you will need to complete onboarding again and start fresh.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

Deleting the app will not cancel your subscription.
To avoid future charges, you will need to cancel through the platform where you subscribed:

You can cancel at any time. If you cancel during a paid period, you will still have access until the end of that billing cycle, but no refunds will be issued for time already paid.

Think You Were Charged by Mistake?

If you believe you were wrongly charged after cancelling your trial, you can request a refund directly from Apple using this form. Unfortunately, due to Apple’s policies, all billing and refund requests must go through them.
