How Does the Free Trial Work for Edge?

When you subscribe to Edge and start your free trial, it is managed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. After confirming your preferred billing cycle, your free trial will begin, giving you access to a personalised training plan.

You won’t be charged until the trial ends. If you don’t cancel, you’ll be billed on the day your trial converts to a subscription. Please note that due to App Store policies, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends to avoid charges.

If you unsubscribed from Edge, you will loose your training plan and you will need to resubmit the information from the sign up flow in order for us to build you a personalised plan in the future, should you choose to resubscribe again.

How Edge Plans Work

Once you start your Edge plan, you receive your first 4 weeks of the programme, this is critical as your plan will adapt as you progress through your programme.

If you cancel your plan we won’t be able to resume your program where you left off. You’ll need to complete the onboarding process again to restart your plan.

Cancelling Your Edge Subscription

Deleting your Edge account or the app will not automatically cancel your subscription, and you will continue to be charged. To ensure your subscription is properly cancelled, please follow the relevant instructions for your device:

This will prevent any unwanted charges after deletion. To opt out of your free trial, follow the same steps as you would to cancel your subscription.

If you cancel during a period that you have already paid for, that cancellation will only take effect at the end of that period, and no refund will be paid.
