Before you can work with Florence, we need to check that you're legally allowed to work in Canada. This is a standard check that every worker completes.
If you're a Canadian citizen, you can show this with a Canadian passport or a Canadian citizenship certificate.
If you're not a Canadian citizen, you can show it with a valid work/study permit, a permanent residency card, or your Social Insurance Number (SIN) document.
Upload a clear photo or scan of your document in the app, under Profile then Documents. Make sure the whole document is in the picture and all the text can be read. If you're not sure which of your documents to use, contact us at hello.ca@florenceapp.com and we'll let you know.
