We only ask for information we genuinely need, and we look after it carefully.
Some of it is to check you're safe and qualified to care for people. That's your CNO number or your support worker diploma, your Vulnerable Sector Check, your training certificates and immunization records, and proof that you're allowed to work in Canada.
The rest is so we can pay you — your Social Insurance Number (SIN) and your bank details.
