If the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) has recorded past misconduct against your registration, there's no automatic decision. We review each case on its own.
We'll want to understand what happened, when it happened, and what has changed since.
The most important thing is that you tell us yourself. Your CNO record is public, so we will see it. It's much better to be upfront than for us to come across it later.
