Before you can start work, we need a record showing you are protected against the illnesses below. This keeps you safe, and keeps the people you care for safe. Your record needs to cover:
Proof of negative TB skin test within the last year OR proof of positive test with a normal (negative) chest x-ray that states you do not have active TB. The chest x-ray documents must be less than one year old.
At least two doses of COVID-19 vaccine
A recommended yearly influenza immunization
You can upload these as separate files. They don't all need to be in one document.
If you can't have one of these immunizations for medical or other reasons, tell us. We look at every case individually.
