How to cancel a shift | Florence Help Center

All cancellations must be done in the Florence app.

We do not accept cancellations via call or email. We ask that all cancellations be at least 48 hours before the start time of a shift. Follow the steps below to cancel your shift:

Click 'My shifts' in the bottom navigation bar and select the shift.
Scroll down and select 'Cancel shift'.
Select a reason from the drop down list and explain why you are cancelling. You must type in a reason and check off 'I agree to Florence's shift cancellation terms'.
When you have successfully cancelled a shift you will see this page.
