All cancellations must be done in the Florence app.
You can only cancel in the app. We can't cancel a shift for you over the phone or by email. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the shift starts, a flag will be added to your profile.
If you're unwell, cancel as soon as you know and send a doctor's note to hello.ca@florenceapp.com.
Follow the steps below to cancel your shift:
Click 'My shifts' in the bottom navigation bar and select the shift.
Scroll down and select 'Cancel shift'.
Select a reason from the drop down list and explain why you are cancelling. You must type in a reason and check off 'I agree to Florence's shift cancellation terms'.
When you have successfully cancelled a shift you will see this page.
