Gaps in your employment history are not a problem. Lots of people have them, whether that's for study, family, travel, illness or a change of career.
We just need you to tell us about them. In your interview, we'll ask you to explain any time when you weren't working. An honest answer is all we're looking for.
Separately, you do need a minimum amount of clinical experience to work with us: six months if you're a nurse, or one year if you're a personal support worker.
