You need a minimum amount of hands-on clinical experience before you can work with us:
One year if you're a personal support worker (PSW).
One year if you're a nurse.
This means paid experience caring for people, not placements or training hours. It doesn't have to be recent, and it doesn't have to be with one employer. We'll go through your work history with you at your interview.
