CNO Number/Personal Support Worker Diploma
Minimum 1 year nursing experience/6 months support worker experience
Immunization Record (MMR, Hep B, TB and Varicella)
COVID-19 vaccination
Valid Photo ID
Eligibility to Work in Canada
Proof of Address (e.g. bank statement, phone bill, etc.)
VSC (valid <1 year)
CPR/AED - First Aid and Basic Cardiac Life Support Training
