Minimum 1 year Canadian work experience
Immunization Record (MMR, Hep B, TB and Varicella)

Eligibility to Work in Canada
Proof of Address (e.g. bank statement, phone bill, etc.)
VSC (Vulnerable Sector Check) - must be less than 6 months old
CPR/AED - First Aid and Basic Cardiac Life Support Training
