How to Enable AI Assistants For Your Users

Manage your FlowPath AI Assistant license easily in the user settings.

Steps to Enable FlowPath AI Assistant

  1. Log in to Flowpath

    • Access the platform as an administrator.

  2. Navigate to Global Settings

    • Locate and click on the "Global Settings" option.

  3. Manage User Licenses

    • Go to the "Users" section within Global Settings.

    • Find the user table where licenses are managed.

  4. Identify AI Assistant Column

    • Look for the new column labeled "AI Assistant."

    • Users with the feature enabled will display a blue orb icon.

  5. Enable AI Assistant for a User

    • Select the desired user from the list.

    • At the top, locate the "FlowPath AI Assistant enabled" toggle.

    • Toggle it on to enable the assistant.

    • Scroll down and click "Update" to save changes.

  6. Sync Time

    • Note that it may take approximately one hour for the AI Assistant to sync with the user and their permissions.

  7. Disabling AI Assistant

    • To turn off the assistant for a user, repeat the selection process.

    • Toggle the option off and click "Update" again.

  8. User Access

    • Once enabled, users will see the blue orb icon at the top right.

    • Clicking the orb will display the AI Assistant based on the modules they have access to.
