Learn how to add approver to a work order

2. You can easily add an approver to a work order. Click into the work order that will need an approver.

3. Click the pencil icon for the approver section.

4. Select from the list the approver for that work order.

Alert! Only one approver can be on a work order.

5. The approver selected will be showing as the approver for the work order.

Tip! Approvers are a good way to track who is managing what decisions when cost or quotes are involved, and what decisions were historically made. All Approver decisions can be reported on later or generated in a recurring report.
