Online Form, Text, Call, Email To Create Work Orders

Using your custom FlowPath phone number or email, you can text, call, or email FlowPath to create work orders

FlowPath enables users to submit work orders via the platform or by three external access options.

1) Public Work Order Create Form - this gives you a special link that will allow users to see a custom form (that you create) to submit work orders.

To access your External Form Settings open your settings drawer in the bottom left hand corner and open Global Settings. In settings select the External Forms tab at the top of the page.

Under the "External Form" tab within your Global Settings page, you will find the different ways you can give external access to users without them having to log in.

2) Text or Call - You will receive a custom phone number that your users can text or call to create work orders. Within the Work Orders tab you can customize the responses and see the communication flow.

To access your Text Settings open your settings drawer in the bottom left hand corner and open Global Settings. In settings select the Work Order tab at the top of the page.

From there, scroll to the "Phone & Email Automation" section.

3) Email - You receive a custom email address to create work orders via email. This will take the email body and create the work order, as well as respond via email to that requestor with the work order information.

To access your Email Settings open your settings drawer in the bottom left hand corner and open Global Settings. In settings select the Work Order tab at the top of the page.

From there, scroll to the "Phone & Email Automation" section.
