Where can RD’s find the identifier needed to login to the correct member account?
Navigate to the member details section in FFD:
Either the account email OR account phone number will be listed. For some members they have an account email AND/OR phone number that they can use to login.
Example:
Member account email is listed. The member MUST login using their email, get their verification codes and reset their password, if needed.
Member account phone number is listed. The member MUST login using their phone number, get their verification codes and reset their password, if needed.
Member account phone number AND email is listed. The member can login using either their phone number or email, get their verification codes and reset their password, if needed.
They will need to login with it each time and it will be how they get their verification code. This is also what they must use to reset their password. If they use another identifier, it will not work.
