Workspace Billing

Production companies, agencies, and independent film crews can easily give their teams access to Frame Set by using a Workspace. Each member in a Workspace is given two abilities: unlimited Search on Frame Set and access to all Projects in that Workspace. To learn more, visit Workspace Permission Levels

Each additional Member in a Workspace increases the subscription cost. The cost for the additional membership is based on the current billing plan, whether monthly or yearly. If a Member joins in the middle of a billing cycle, the account will automatically receive a credit toward the next bill, based on how many days are left before the account renews. Workspace memberships are combined into a single bill, so only the account owner is charged.

If You Pay Monthly…

Adding a Member to a Workspace costs $15.99.

Example: You add a second Member to your Workspace. You are charged $15.99. Your monthly account renews in 5 days, so you are given a credit of $13.65. When your account renews, you are charged for two Members minus the credit.

$31.98 - $13.65 = $18.33

If You Pay Yearly…

Adding a Member to a Workspace costs $131.88.

Example: You add a second Member to your Workspace. You are charged $131.88. Your yearly account was created 10 days ago, so you are given a credit of $3.56. When your account renews next year, you are charged for two Members minus the credit.

$263.76 - $3.56 = $260.20

This table shows the cost of a Frame Set Pro subscription by the number of Members in the Workspace. By default, Workspaces have 1 Member. The subscription cost will still increase if a Workspace Member has their own Pro subscription.
