Understanding Workspace pricing:
Each additional Member in a Workspace increases your subscription cost, but the cost for each new Member is prorated by your subscription's renewal date. If a Member is removed in the middle of a billing cycle, your account will automatically receive a prorated credit.
If You Pay Monthly…
Adding a Member to a Workspace costs $15.99.
Example: You add a second Member to your Workspace. You are charged $15.99. Your monthly account renews in 5 days, so you are given a credit of $13.65. When your account renews, you are charged for two Members minus the credit.
$31.98 - $13.65 = $18.33
If You Pay Yearly…
Adding a Member to a Workspace costs $131.88.
Example: You add a second Member to your Workspace. You are charged $131.88. Your yearly account was created 10 days ago, so you are given a credit of $3.56. When your account renews next year, you are charged for two Members minus the credit.
$263.76 - $3.56 = $260.20
How Members change subscription cost
This table shows the cost of a Frame Set Pro subscription by the number of Members in the Workspace. By default, Workspaces have 1 Member: the Admin. Note: New Workspace Members will be added to your invoice even if that person has an active Pro Membership.
