How Workspace pricing works:
When you invite a Member to join your Workspace, you are charged at the time you click Invite. If you cancel an invitation before it is accepted, your account will receive a credit for the full amount you were charged. This table shows the total cost for Workspace Members when your subscription renews.

When you invite a Member, the initial cost is based on your subscription type and renewal date. See below for examples of how prorated costs are figured.
Billing examples:
Monthly plan:
Your monthly subscription renewed 26 days ago in a month with 31 days. Inviting a Member to your Workspace will cost you $2.60. When your account renews next month, you will be charged $31.98.
Here's how the prorated cost is calculated:
26 days / 31 days = 0.838
0.838 x $15.99 = $13.39
$15.99 - $13.39 = $2.60
Yearly plan:
Your yearly subscription was created 10 days ago. Inviting a Member to your Workspace will cost you $128.32. When your account renews next year, you will be charged $263.76.
Here's how the prorated cost is calculated:
10 days / 365 days = 0.027
0.027 x $131.88 = $3.56
$131.88 - $3.56 = $128.32
If you remove a Member from your Workspace, your account will be given credit prorated for the time remaining in your subscription period.
Closing a Workspace:
If the Workspace owner's Membership ends, all Members in that Workspace will be removed. Those Members will revert to a Free plan and will no longer have access to the Projects in that Workspace.
