Want to move a guest to another table or time? No problem — FRANK makes it quick and easy to adjust reservations.
Switch Tables with drag & drop in the Table View
Go to Reservations and make sure you’re in Table View.
Click and hold the reservation you want to move.
Drag it to the desired table.
👉 Note: Dragging only changes the table, not the time. To adjust the time, open the reservation and edit it manually.
Adjusting reservations manually in the reservation details
In the Reservations Overview (both Table View and List View), click the reservation.
The table overview will appear — here, you can add or remove tables.
Pay attention to the colors: green = available, red = occupied — this helps you avoid double bookings.
From this screen, you can also change the reservation time.
Tip! Use drag & drop for quick table swaps, and open the reservation details when you need to change both the table and the time.
