How to upgrade your FRANK plan

In FRANK you can choose your subscription to match your restaurants' needs.

In FRANK, each restaurant can choose its own subscription package. The selected package determines things like the transaction fee and which features are available (for example: Waitlist and Squeeze are not included in the Start package).

At this time, only FRANK team members can change a restaurant’s package. Restaurants cannot switch packages themselves yet.

What the package controls

The package assigned to a restaurant determines:

  • Transaction fee (per reservation)

  • Feature access, such as:

    • Waitlist

    • Squeeze

    • Automations

    • Other package-dependent tools

Because of this, it’s important to choose the correct package before going live, so everything is set up correctly from day one.

Who can change the package?

Currently, only FRANK staff can adjust or switch the package. If you want to adjust your subscription after going live, please request a change through FRANK Support.

Transaction fees and billing

The transaction fee is automatically calculated based on the selected package, no manual steps required on your end.

Switching packages after going live

It is possible to switch packages after the restaurant is live, but:

  • always coordinate the change with the FRANK team

  • we’ll make sure billing is updated correctly from the moment the new package starts
