What this integration enables
The Heerlijk.nl integration connects Heerlijk.nl with FRANK, allowing reservations made via Heerlijk.nl to automatically appear in FRANK.
Availability is fully controlled by you, based on the shifts and channels you configure in FRANK.
This means:
Reservations from Heerlijk.nl are processed automatically
Your availability stays accurate and up to date
You decide when and how your restaurant can be booked via Heerlijk.nl
Before you start
Before activating the integration, make sure:
You have an active Heerlijk.nl account
You have access to FRANK with admin permissions
Your shifts are correctly set up in FRANK
How the integration works
The integration uses your FRANK shifts to determine when Heerlijk.nl is allowed to accept reservations.You can manage this in two ways:
Option 1: Use existing shifts
You can enable Heerlijk.nl as a channel within one or more of your existing shifts.

Availability is automatically updated when you modify your regular shifts
Less maintenance
Option 2: Create dedicated Heerlijk.nl shifts
You can create separate shifts specifically for Heerlijk.nl reservations.

More control over when Heerlijk.nl is bookable
You can disable the FRANK widget for these shifts
Activating the integration
Follow the steps below to activate the Heerlijk.nl integration:
Step 1: Activate Heerlijk.nl in FRANK
Go to Manage → Setup → Integrations
Find Heerlijk.nl
Click Activate
Step 2: Configure your shifts
Go to Manage → Shifts
Choose one of the following:
Enable Heerlijk.nl as a channel within existing shifts
Or create new shifts specifically for Heerlijk.nl
Make sure the settings reflect when Heerlijk.nl is allowed to accept reservations
Step 3: Confirm activation with Heerlijk.nl
To complete the integration, Heerlijk.nl needs to activate the connection on their side.

Include your FRANK Restaurant ID
