Where can you find the monthly overview?
In your reservation overview, you’ll see two icons at the top that allow you to switch between views. Click the calendar icon to open the monthly overview:
What is the monthly overview?
The monthly overview gives you a clear, at-a-glance summary of key reservation data for each day of the month. For every day of the month, you’ll see:
Number of reservations
Number of guests
Number of waitlist entries
Number of options
Closed days (If a day that is normally bookable has been closed, it will appear with a red “Closed” label)
Monthly totals & insights
Click the insights icon in the top-right corner of the monthly overview to see total insights for the entire month. This helps you quickly understand overall performance without opening individual days.
Use the monthly overview as a calendar
The monthly overview also works as a calendar:
Click on any day to jump directly to that day in your reservation overview
This makes it easy to switch between planning and insights.
Daily Reservation Overview
Next to the monthly overview, FRANK also offers a daily overview. Click the icon next to the calendar icon in your reservation overview to open it (same icon as the previous image).
What do you see in the daily overview?
The daily overview shows the same key numbers, but focused on one specific day.
You’ll get:
Total numbers for the day
Breakdown per ticket
This gives you fast insight in just a few seconds without losing sight of your planning.
