How to see reservation changes in FRANK: track who changed what and when

See all reservation changes and actions in one clear overview

What is the activity log?

A lot happens in FRANK throughout the day. Reservations are made via your website, added manually by your team, changed, cancelled, or turned into options that get accepted, declined, or expire.

The Activity Log shows you exactly what happened, when it happened, and who did it so you always stay informed and in control.

Which activities can you see?

The activity log includes actions such as:

  • Reservation created

  • Option created

  • Reservation or option modified

  • Reservation cancelled

  • Option accepted, declined, or expired

What information do you see per activity?

For each activity, FRANK shows:

  • Date and time of the activity

  • Type of action

    • created

    • modified

    • declined

    • deleted

  • Who performed the action

    • a team member, or

    • the guest

  • The event itself

  • Guest name

  • Reservation date

View the full reservation

Want more details about a specific activity?

  • Click the arrow at the end of the activity

  • The related reservation will open directly

This makes it easy to investigate changes or follow up when needed.

Filter activities by type

Use the filter in the top-right corner to focus on specific actions.

For example:

  • only new reservations

  • only options

  • only cancellations or changes

This helps you quickly find exactly what you’re looking for.
